Shipping Policy

We ship orders throughout the United States of America. Posters are rolled in a sturdy protective mailing tube. Postcards are packed with your poster when both are ordered, or in a rigid mailer when ordered on their own.

Shipping rates (United States)

We use USPS live rates at checkout. The final rate for your address and cart is shown before you pay. If the live-rate service is temporarily unavailable, we fall back to a flat-rate option so your order can still be placed.

Sales tax

We collect U.S. state sales tax where required. The tax amount is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and is shown before you pay.

Tracking

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days of payment. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships, and you can also follow your order at any time from the Track Order page.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking has not updated in 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but missing, contact us with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement if needed.

Frames

Optional frames, cut to your chosen poster size, are available at checkout in Black, White, Silver, Wood, and Gold. Frames are shipped separately from your poster and may arrive on a different day.
