These Terms of Service govern your use of the 9/11 Tribute Poster store operated by Admins@Work. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By checking out, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or cancel an order at our discretion.
• Charges are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

Product

The 9/11 Tribute Poster is a printed commemorative artwork. Color, paper texture, and trim may vary slightly from on-screen previews. Optional frames are available in Black, White, Silver, Wood, and Gold, cut to the poster size you choose, and ship separately from the poster.

Intellectual property

Artwork, photography, and site content are the property of their respective creators, including Jonathan C. Hyman and Joe Indart, and are licensed for personal display only. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially use the artwork without written permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies described in our Refunds & Returns policy or required by applicable law. Except where prohibited by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
